MemoryHive is a local-first application. All conversation transcripts, facts, journals, and todos are stored on your own machine. HelloDigital.co does not have access to, does not store, and is not responsible for any personal data you import or generate within MemoryHive.
By using MemoryHive, you retain full control and ownership of all data processed by the application. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unintended deletion that occurs on your local system.
MemoryHive includes a backup download feature accessible from the Account page. We strongly recommend using this feature regularly. Backups are your responsibility. HelloDigital.co does not maintain copies of your data and cannot restore data lost due to device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause.
Purchasing a MemoryHive license grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the software for the billing period associated with your license tier. License keys may not be shared or resold. Violations may result in license revocation without refund.
Lifetime licenses cover all future releases of MemoryHive as long as the product remains actively maintained by HelloDigital.co. HelloDigital.co reserves the right to discontinue development; in such a case, the current version remains yours to use indefinitely.
MemoryHive is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. HelloDigital.co does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your system configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloDigital.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MemoryHive, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
You agree not to use MemoryHive for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software in violation of the BUSL-1.1 license terms included with the source code.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of MemoryHive after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
